Previous Roles that I’ve Had
2021
In this role, I managed RingCentral phone systems, configuring IVRs, call queues, and routing. I supported PC hardware and ensured HIPAA compliance with a PowerShell script. Additionally, I provided IT support to 500 users, utilized Spiceworks for tickets, handled infrastructure migration, Ethernet cabling, peripheral troubleshooting, hardware upgrades, user education, networking, and software management, and assisted with internet cable installation.
2021-2022
In this role, I provided comprehensive IT support, troubleshooting hardware issues and assisting 500 end-users. I managed Microsoft 365 licenses, orchestrated Exchange mailbox migrations, and maintained documentation. I automated user creation with PowerShell, oversaw Windows 11 upgrades, and administered SolarWinds. Responsibilities included printer troubleshooting, aiding in OneDrive migrations, and after-hours support. I managed VPN software, utilized SmartDeploy for Windows setups, and handled MacOS migrations. Other tasks included quoting hardware, configuring workstations, managing accounts, patching networks, and setting up Cisco phones.
2022-2023
In this role, I managed maintenance, updates, and patches for physical and virtual servers, handled SSL/TLS certificates, and conducted cloud migrations. As a Linux Systems Administrator, I troubleshooted hardware, scripted PowerShell for automation, and managed backups. Additionally, I installed software, expanded disk space, performed OS installations, managed cPanel setups, and handled Windows Server installations and failover clusters.
2023-2024
In this role, I specialized in troubleshooting VoIP technologies, analyzing SIP and RTP captures, and examining SIP transactions to address issues such as call quality, call drops, and audio failures. Additionally, I provided Tier 3 support to Internet Service Providers, identifying, replicating, and reporting software or device bugs. Utilizing Postman, I made various API calls to rectify platform account issues, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.
